Return and Exchange Policy
Any item being returned must be unused, unwashed, unwaxed, and resalable in its undamaged original packaging, with all original tags attached. Refunds are granted when the original sales receipt is presented. Otherwise, an exchange or store credit is issued. Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. We may refuse or delay returns and exchanges if fraud or abuse is suspected.

No refunds on board purchased including, but not limited to: bodyboards, surfboards, skimboards, and skateboards. A board exchange requires the board be in its original packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact. Warranty claims are to be handled directly with the manufacturer: Toobs (800) 795-8662, Manta (808) 486-4826, Triad (808) 486-4826, BZ (888) 368-7965, and CustomX (706) 722-1585.

For sunglasses and watches purchased as gifts through 12/24/17, guests have until 1/1/18 to process a refund or exchange. All items must be unused and resalable in its original and undamaged packaging, with all tags attached. In addition to these terms, an original receipt is required in order to process a refund.
